April 23-24, 2010
Hosted by University of St. Thomas, St. Paul

Guidelines and Tips for Papers and Posters
Poster Guidelines - Undergraduate Symposium
The poster displays are in two groupings, one before the Friday dinner and one following dinner. Posters should not exceed 48" high by 48" wide. Backer board is available, but is 48" by 36". Please plan the size of your board accordingly. Due to limited amount of space, posters will only be displayed during the time of the assigned session.

Oral Paper Guidelines - Undergraduate Symposium
Oral presentations will be made on Saturday morning. The papers will be grouped into sessions after the deadline for abstract submissions. Each presentation will be allotted twenty minutes - 15 minute presentation with 5 minutes for questions. Laptops and projectors are available in every room. Students should bring their presentation on a memory stick/jump drive or on a CD. Though Mac laptops can be brought in and used for the presentations, participants are strongly encouraged to format their final Power Point presentation on a PC for best compatibility at the event.
